
Frank Napoleon, owner of Oceans Apart Catering A Taste of Aloha, will host a fund raiser for Maui fire victims on Sunday August 27 at the Lincoln City Fraternal order of Eagles building 737 SW 32nd St from 8:45a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The event will feature authentic Hawaiian breakfast items and island inspired treats from Jennifer Chang of Hula Girls Cakes Adds Napoleon, “Jennifer will have Lilikoi pie, Chocolate Haupia pie, Chi Chi Dango mochi, Lilikoi marshmallows, macarons and more for purchase.”

According to Napoleon, “On the breakfast menu will be Royal Hawaiian French Toast with Haupia Syrup (bread made and donated by Depoe Baykery), Kalua pig Loco Moco with macaroni salad, Basic breakfast : two eggs, with Hawaiian sweet bread toast, rice or potatoes and your choice of Portuguese sausage, Spam, Ham or corned beef hash patty. Coffee is free with breakfast purchase.
100 percent of proceeds will go to relief efforts on the Island.”
