  1. Commissioner Jacobson: Thank you for the carefully crafted and empathetic statement about the fire. It was spot on. One thing that would have been even more helpful was to show the Call Center contact number….541-265-0621. It is hard to catch specific data by only hearing it, especially if folks are emotionally upset or drained. Kudos to you for saying exactly what needed to be said.
