The Devils Lake Water Improvement District (DLWID) encourages members of the community to apply for a position on the board. Qualified applicants are encouraged to fill out an application by going to DLWID.org or by contacting the District Manager.
Four positions on the Board of Directors will be up for election in May. Members of the public, who wish to apply for a position, can fill out an application here. To qualify, applicants must be residents of both the District and Lincoln County. Along with a completed application, applicants must complete an Oregon SEL Form 190 and pay the required filing fee with Lincoln County. Each candidate, who files for a board position with DLWID, will be added to the ballot in the upcoming election. The deadline to file for a position on the DLWID Board of Directors is March 18 by 5 p.m. Ballots will be mailed out in the month of April. Election Day is May 18.
