NWS Lincoln City Freeze

National Weather Service Portland (NWS) issued a freeze warning Sunday night for the North and Central Oregon Coasts for 1-10 a.m. Monday.

Astoria, Cannon Beach, Tillamook, Netarts, Pacific City, Lincoln City, Newport, Cape Foulweather, Yachats and Florence are expected to have temperatures drop to 35 degrees with some at or below 32 degrees.

NWS advises bringing in plants that could be killed by the cold and to protect outdoor plumbing. Those with in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above ground pipes.

No precipitation is in the forecast until Thursday.
