In the first of two planned meetings with the public concerning the fate of Lincoln City’s Warming Shelter, City Manager Ron Chandler listened to a large group of citizens at Driftwood Public Library Tuesday.
Chandler said he would bring the feedback to the City Council at their regular meeting 6 p.m. Nov. 26.
The second meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the North Lincoln County Historical Museum.

Sounded to me like wash, rinse, repeat from last year. So, the information that the City Manager will provide to the City Council is, “Winter’s coming, and we still have a homeless population”(?)Seriously.

Saddest tidbit, the one church that came forward to speak and lend a hand was told by the city that they could do their best to sift through the zoning regs on their own, and figure it out.
Trust is no longer a notion one has toward the city elite. Chandler and his hack have Anderson and his cronies by the gonads and petticoats, and they like it.
