Officers responded to the area. Subject(s) retreated into hotel and then on to the beach. K9 deployed for tracking (without success-editorial add). Unmarked (police) vehicle  remained in the area. Subject (McCrae) returned at 12:54 hours and was taken at gunpoint into custody
