Lincoln City Police arrested Nelson L. Jackson, age 33, from Siletz Thursday, for Felony Attempt to Elude, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangerment, Driving While Suspended and a Felony Warrant for Probation Violation (theft in the first degree).
