Blake Lee Blakely was arrested Saturday by Lincoln City Police on 27 counts of telephonic harassment.
Blakely was booked at the Lincoln County Jail.
(1) A telephone caller commits the crime of telephonic harassment if the caller intentionally harasses or annoys another person:
(a)Â By causing the telephone of the other person to ring, such caller having no communicative purpose;
(b) By causing such other person’s telephone to ring, knowing that the caller has been forbidden from so doing by a person exercising lawful authority over the receiving telephone; or
(c) By sending to, or leaving at, the other person’s telephone a text message, voice mail or any other message, knowing that the caller has been forbidden from so doing by a person exercising lawful authority over the receiving telephone.
Telephonic harassment is a Class B misdemeanor.
I would like to find out more information about what happened to my son and what he really did to have him arrested for this recent crime!! I am his father and would like to know the whole story so I can help him go through this, and correct this blimish from his life. Please help me,him to be a better person with his fathers direction!!
I wasn’t there for him because his mother split up with me during a crucial time in his life, and his sister as well. She moved to Oregon with her new husband, while I moved to NC and I was isolated from my children. If I was there for him, this wouldn’t of happened. He has Autism and I could of protected him if he had physical contact with him. That was prevented, until he got in trouble and his mother sent him to me by plane with no explanation. I want answers! I want what is right for my son to live out his life with no ridicule and persecution.
