In less than 60 days, you will receive your General Election Ballot. We will all be voting on candidates for state and local positions, and a series of policy proposals.
Three candidates will run for Mayor and eight will vie for council positions Nov. 6 in the general election, according to a news release issued Thursday, Aug. 30.
The Mayor's position on Council as well as three council seats in wards 1, 2 and 3, have terms that will expire on December 31, 2018. An election for these positions will be on the General Election Ballot for November 6, 2018.
