Lincoln City Police arrested well-known cannabis advocate Eddie 'Weedman' Biggar around noon today in the Nelscott Strip for violating a restraining order.

Ruben Mosqueda, 24, from Lincoln City, led Newport police on a chase from Walmart to Yaquina Bay State Park early Saturday morning.
